We walk the talk

We help companies achieve agility by working closely with teams as a coach, embedded team member and servant master.

We are a team of agile practitioners working in the field and bring in a technology focus from a developers perspective. We are actively working in real projects applying all that we teach from Scrum to Agile Engineering Practices.Take a look at or services to see how you can benefit from us.

This site is also an attempt to share some of the knowledge gained over the years practicing and coaching teams in many parts of the US. The terms are defined in a way that you can print each term in a page or two and discuss with others.

The tools section mainly is a collection of agile tools. This is not a marketing pitch for the tools. These opinions are our own and do not represent any vendor or other company

Please share your insights into what you think these terms mean. Some of the FAQ items are based on questions that are often asked time and again by teams.

Our best wishes in your quest for being a productive, successful and profitable organization..
